Program, Presentation, Demonstration or Partnership Proposal

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with the Eugene Family YMCA! We value partnerships that enhance our community’s health and well-being. To ensure a safe and successful collaboration, we kindly request that all partners adhere to the following insurance requirements:

Additional Insured Status: Please add the Eugene Family YMCA as an additional insured on your liability insurance policy. This step helps protect both parties in case of any unforeseen incidents related to the activities conducted at our facility.
Certificate of Insurance: We require a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) that demonstrates coverage for general liability, including bodily injury and property damage. The COI should clearly list the Eugene Family YMCA as an additional insured.
If insurance paperwork cannot be submitted, it is recommended to communicate this directly with the Eugene Family YMCA to discuss alternative arrangements for the program proposal.

Note that we hold our partners to standards equal to those of YMCA staff. We only accept proposals from individuals associated with a business, organization or government entity OR who have a specialized certification in the field most closely related to their proposal.

We do not accept proposals that aim to encourage members to purchase products. Thank you for understanding our desire to meet the high expectations of our community.

The Y requires anyone using or visiting our Y to be screened through Raptor, a sex offender background check database. This requires anyone 18 and older to provide a driver's license or government ID to enter our facility.
